The canadian phone maker RIM (Research in Motion), who makes the ultimate BlackBerry phones, posted its financials for this quarter.

Profit this quarter – $643 Million

Profit previous quarter – $518.3 Million

The quarterly revenue is $3.42 Billion, which is $0.03 billion less than the previous quarter. But compared to previous year same time ( 2008 ), they are now 53% higher.

Current Subscriber base : 28.5 million , 3.8 million included this quarter.
